Dear Friends of Fireside,

Thank you all for a great summer season! We have just finished our season at the Springfield Farmers Market. I am happy to have taught my 6-week Intro-to-Throwing classes throughout the year, now expanding to two classes at a time. We also had a great time hosting special events such as the jack-o-lantern luminary classes. I am sending out this newsletter to update you all on the happenings of our business through the rest of the year.

 

Upcoming Classes:

• Intro-to-Throwing Class (Wednesday Evenings, November 15th- December 20th)

  • 5 spots available!

  • $200 per person for 6 weeks of classes and all materials

  • Hatch Artist Studios

• Make-and-Bake Pie Pottery Class with S.O.U.P. (October-November)

• Ornament Making Class (Friday, December 1st)

  • Hatch Artist Studios, 5-9pm

  • Walk-ins welcome!

• Open Studio Time (Every Friday)

  • Hatch Artist Studios, 5-8pm

  • $30 + clay per person

  • Contact me to schedule an evening to use the pottery studio without instruction. This is meant for those with prior pottery experience

In addition, a small selection of pottery will be on display at Frame Haven in downtown Springfield throughout the fall. Lastly, I am happy to announce that we will be returning to online sales for the 2023 Holiday season. Thank you to Ally Peebles for helping me out with this! We are already beginning to add items to the Meta (Facebook/ Instagram) online shop, and we are planning on building an Etsy page as well. I would like to note that if you are local to the Springfield area our preferred form of purchase is in person–either during our markets or a scheduled pick up. Prices online are inflated to account for the time and energy spent uploading each item, packaging, and maintaining the site. Thank you for all your support throughout the year and we are looking forward to a great holiday season!
